Shipping time will vary. It takes about 2-7 business days to print a shirt plus shipping speed. For Canada expect delivers in 6-16 days, US delivers can be expected in 4-14 days. But we can't guarantee chipping time because there are things like US customs and birds flying into planes and whatever.

Food on your Shirt Shipping Policy
All orders are insured and trackable. In most cases Standard Shipping packages arrive at Canadian destinations within 6-16 business days. US destinations generally take 4-14 business days for Standard Shipping and rates are as indicated in the above graphic. All parcels are shipped from California. .
If you require faster shipping we can send by Canpar's Overnight Parcel delivery for an extra charge. Please contact us immediately if this is required 403-397-0847 and we'll upcharge you like crazy.
General Return Policy
We want you to be strutting around in your awesome new shirt. We cannot offer exchanges for sizes because we clearly state the sizing and it is your responsibility to check. We accept exchanges for defects or misprints but we won't send out the new shirt in a different size or colour. All returns must be made within 30 days of placing your order. We don't accept returns or exchanges after the 30 day period.

You will need to include your name, email address, order number and whether you would prefer an exchange, refund or credit for future purchases.
All returned items must be in the same condition you received them in. We will not accept washed shirts or shirts with smelly armpits, the shirt must be the same condition you received it in. If a washed or stinky shirt is sent back (returned) to Food On Your Shirt Inc., it will be refused and re-returned back to you.
All items returned to Food on your Shirt Inc. for a refund are done so at the buyer's expense. The refund will be the amount paid less the shipping/handling fees (even if you earned free shipping we will have to deduct our actual shipping cost from your refund), and PayPal/Shopify fees.

Breakage or Discrepancies in Shipments
Every shirt is awesome. Like a head chef at the pass we scrutinize every shirt to ensure it meets our standards. All of our products are carefully inspected prior to shipping and packaged appropriately to prevent damage in shipping.
For damage resulting from carrier transit, please keep the entirety of original item(s) as well as all packaging and packing materials for future inspection by carrier. We require you to contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receipt and provide photos of the damaged article(s), so we can initiate a claim with the carrier. We will replace all articles damaged by carriers with no added costs to you.
If there are any other problems with your order, (e.g. seam split, wrong colour, incorrect size) please notify us via email at email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt and we will do our best to rectify any issue. Because every shirt is made to order, Food On Your Shirt Inc will not be responsible for any claims made after 48 hours.
